Criminal Complaint against Eric Matthew Frein

Eric Mat­thew Frein, a Pennsylvania res­id­ent, al­legedly used a .308-caliber rifle to gun down Cpl. Bry­on Dick­son and ser­i­ously wound a second of­ficer — Troop­er Alex T. Dou­glass — around 10:50 p.m. Fri­day, State Po­lice Com­mis­sion­er Frank Noon­an told re­port­ers Tues­day af­ter­noon. He has been charged with murder, at­temp­ted murder and as­sault, but re­mains at large.
