DA’s office clears deputies in fatal shooting of Noel Aguilar

The Los Angeles County dis­trict at­tor­ney’s of­fice de­clined to file crim­in­al charges against two sher­iff’s depu­ties who shot and killed 23-year-old Noel Aguilar dur­ing a struggle last year out­side a Long Beach apart­ment com­plex. The two depu­ties shot Aguilar after one of the depu­ties ac­ci­dent­ally shot his part­ner dur­ing the struggle.
