Deputy Richard Piquette plea agreement

Deputy Richard White Pi­quette has agreed to plead guilty to a fed­er­al weapons crime, be­com­ing the first of 20 Los Angeles County sher­iff’s of­fi­cials charged since Decem­ber in an on­go­ing probe of jail mis­con­duct to make such an agree­ment with fed­er­al pro­sec­utors.
