Dismissal of Noriega case

A Los Angeles County judge has thrown out former Panama dic­tat­or Manuel Noriega’s law­suit against Act­i­v­i­sion Bliz­zard Inc. that al­leged the video game pub­lish­er wronged Noriega by in­clud­ing his like­ness in “Call of Duty: Black Ops II.”
