Donald Sterling petitions appeals court to halt sale of Clippers

Late Tues­day, Don­ald Ster­ling pe­ti­tioned Cali­for­nia’s 2nd Dis­trict Court of Ap­peal to halt or un­wind the sale of the Clip­pers to Steve Ballmer and to over­turn a pro­bate judge’s or­der that al­lowed the trans­ac­tion to pro­ceed.
