A fed­er­al grand jury filed a 30-count in­dict­ment against al­leged Bo­ston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Thursday, in­clud­ing charges for al­legedly us­ing weapons of mass de­struc­tion and be­ing in­volved the death of an Mas­sachu­setts In­sti­tute of Tech­no­logy po­lice of­ficer.
