Read the plea deal accepted by the man who supplied rifles to the San Bernardino terror gunman
Enrique Marquez Jr., a friend of one of the assailants who killed 14 people and wounded 22 more in the 2015 San Bernardino terror attack, has agreed to plead guilty to terrorism-related charges. Though he wasn’t involved in the shootings, Marquez admitted purchasing two rifles used by Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik in the assault, according to the plea agreement. He also admitted plotting years earlier with Farook to launch attacks on the 91 Freeway and Riverside Community College, though the plan was never carried out.
