EPA reviews Keystone XL report

The En­vir­on­ment­al Pro­tec­tion Agency is­sued a sharply crit­ic­al as­sess­ment of the State De­part­ment’s re­cent en­vir­on­ment­al im­pact re­view of the con­tro­ver­sial Key­stone XL pipeline, cer­tain to com­plic­ate ef­forts to win ap­prov­al for the $7 bil­lion pro­ject.
