Fake mailer seeking L.A. Times renewal fee

The L.A. Times and oth­er news­pa­pers are warn­ing sub­scribers not to be fooled by fraud­u­lent mail­ers seek­ing high­er-than-nor­mal re­new­al fees. This is an ex­ample of one of the mail­ers.
