Family of Tamir Rice files federal lawsuit

The fam­ily of Tamir Rice, a 12-year-old Clev­e­land boy who was shot and killed by a city po­lice of­ficer while hold­ing an air rifle last month, has filed a fed­er­al wrong­ful death suit against the of­ficers and the city of Clev­e­land.
