FBI letter on Hillary Clinton emails

The FBI’s much trum­peted new scru­tiny of emails re­lated to Hil­lary Clin­ton has turned up noth­ing that would cause the bur­eau to re­com­mend charges against her, the bur­eau’s dir­ect­or, James Comey, has told Con­gress.
