Federal Judge upholds Louisiana same-sex marriage ban

U.S. Dis­trict Court Judge Mar­tin Feld­man ruled the state’s ban passed con­sti­tu­tion­al muster, re­ject­ing ar­gu­ments from six same-sex couples who were ask­ing Louisi­ana to re­cog­nize their mar­riages from oth­er states.
