Federal prosecutors want ex-Sheriff Baca to spend 6 months in prison

Fed­er­al pro­sec­utors ar­gued that lies told by re­tired Los Angeles County Sher­iff Lee Baca dur­ing an in­ter­view with in­vest­ig­at­ors show that “cor­rup­tion went all the way to the top of the Sher­iff’s De­part­ment.”
