Felony complaint against Harry Burkhart

Harry Burkhart was charged Jan. 4 with set­ting a series of fires across the Los Angeles area. Pro­sec­utors said they were fil­ing a total of 37 counts, adding that they are con­tinu­ing to in­vest­ig­ate the fires and that more charges could be com­ing soon.
