Final statement of decision in Sterling case

Judge Mi­chael Le­vanas is­sued the fi­nal state­ment of de­cision Thursday in the pro­bate court case that could de­term­ine the own­er of the Clip­pers. The state­ment came after his rul­ing last month that Shelly Ster­ling ac­ted ap­pro­pri­ately in agree­ing to sell the fran­chise to Steve Ballmer for $2 bil­lion. The judge still must sign a fi­nal or­der in the case.
