California foie gras ban is overturned

Foie gras can go back on the menu. U.S. Dis­trict Judge Steph­en V. Wilson is­sued a rul­ing today that ap­pears to have over­turned Cali­for­nia’s law ban­ning the sale of the fatty goose liv­er.
