Gov. Brown signs agreement with Mexico

Cali­for­nia Gov. Jerry Brown signed an agree­ment with Mex­ic­an en­vir­on­ment­al of­fi­cials to ex­plore new ways for Cali­for­nia to work with its south­ern neigh­bor on re­du­cing green­house gas emis­sions.
