Gov. Jerry Brown on Christ­mas Eve gran­ted par­dons to 91 people, in­clud­ing act­or Robert Downey Jr. The act­or in 2002 com­pleted pa­role for con­vic­tions that in­cluded drug and weapon pos­ses­sion and had served 15 months in pris­on.
