A con­fid­en­tial draft ob­tained by The Times seems to con­firm earli­er re­ports that the Broad Found­a­tion is or was hop­ing to place half of the stu­dents in the Los Angeles Uni­fied School Dis­trict in­to charter schools over the next eight years.
