GSO Business Management vs. Jonathan Todd Schwartz

One day be­fore Alanis Moris­sette sued GSO Busi­ness Man­age­ment and Jonath­an Schwartz, al­leging nearly $4.8 mil­lion in cash had been skimmed from her ac­counts, GSO filed a law­suit to have Schwartz ex­pelled from its LLC and ordered to re­pay a $588,000 cash ad­vance.
