HHS Obamacare site emails

As work on health­care.gov backed up this sum­mer, em­ploy­ees of the agency re­spons­ible for it star­ted to raise alarms. In emails, they lis­ted prob­lems that in­cluded “ser­i­ously sub­stand­ard staff­ing,” shoddy work and a lack of co­ordin­a­tion between con­tract­ors.
