Asi­an Amer­ic­ans may be well rep­res­en­ted in Sil­ic­on Val­ley’s tech work­force, but a re­port re­leased Wed­nes­day by the As­cend Found­a­tion, a non­profit Pan-Asi­an mem­ber­ship or­gan­iz­a­tion for busi­ness pro­fes­sion­als, found they are severely un­der­rep­res­en­ted at the ex­ec­ut­ive levels.
