U.S. Cus­toms and Bor­der Pro­tec­tion, the par­ent agency of the Bor­der Patrol, should more than double the num­ber of in­vest­ig­at­ors tar­get­ing in­tern­al cor­rup­tion and ab­use of mi­grants on the na­tion’s bor­ders, ac­cord­ing to Home­land Se­cur­ity Ad­vis­ory Coun­cil re­port.
