How the homeless funds are distributed in L.A. County

Fed­er­al home­less funds are dis­pro­por­tion­ately dis­trib­uted to cent­ral Los Angeles (Ser­vice Plan­ning Area 4) and the West­side (Ser­vice Plan­ning Area 5) while the Ante­lope Val­ley (Ser­vice Plan­ning Area 1) gets short­changed, ac­cord­ing to this chart ob­tained from the Los Angeles Home­less Ser­vices Au­thor­ity. County funds are more evenly dis­trib­uted.
