Los Angeles City Coun­cil­man Jose Huiz­ar as­signed his City Hall staff to pre­pare lists that graded civic lead­ers nu­mer­ic­ally on their level of sup­port for him, ac­cord­ing to three former em­ploy­ees. This is one of the lists made avail­able to The Times by Huiz­ar’s reelec­tion op­pon­ent, whose moth­er once worked for the coun­cil­man and helped pre­pare some of the as­sess­ments.
