Indiana gay marriage lawsuit

Four same-sex couples in In­di­ana, in­clud­ing two pairs who leg­ally mar­ried in oth­er states, filed a fed­er­al law­suit Fri­day seek­ing to in­val­id­ate the Hoo­si­er State’s defin­i­tion of mar­riage as be­ing between a man and a wo­man.
