Indictment against alleged White House intruder Omar Gonzalez

Omar Gonza­lez has been in­dicted on charges that he un­law­fully entered the White House grounds on Sept. 19 while armed with a knife. The 42-year-old’s al­leged ac­tions touched off a wave of cri­ti­cism against the Secret Ser­vice, which failed to stop him from en­ter­ing the White House after he jumped over a fence earli­er this month.
