Indictment against central figures in Bridgegate scandal

The U.S. Dis­trict Court of New Jer­sey today un­sealed an in­dict­ment against Bill Bar­oni, who was New Jer­sey Gov. Chris Christie’s top ap­pointee to the Port Au­thor­ity of New York and New Jer­sey at the time of the George Wash­ing­ton Bridge clos­ure, and Brid­get Anne Kelly, Christie’s deputy chief of staff at the time of the scan­dal.
