Indictment in Portland teens’ beating and Swastika-etching case

Four Port­land high school stu­dents have been charged in con­nec­tion to the kid­nap, rob­bing, beat­ing and tor­ture of a fel­low teen, who ended up with a Swastika in­grained on his fore­head by a box-cut­ter. One was charged as a minor and is be­ing charged sep­ar­ately.
