Jimmie Giles’ workers’ compensation appeal

Former NFL tight end Jim­mie Giles has ap­pealed a Septem­ber de­cision by a Cali­for­nia work­ers’ com­pens­a­tion judge that found his brain in­jury claim could not pro­ceed be­cause he had ac­cep­ted a set­tle­ment for or­tho­ped­ic in­jur­ies in 1991.
