John Creech murder indictment

John Creech, a con­victed drug deal­er, was in­dicted April 22 on one count of cap­it­al murder in the death of former Fox ex­ec­ut­ive Gav­in Smith, who was last seen on May 1, 2012 leav­ing a friend’s home in Ven­tura County.
