A judge declares Raymond Lee Jennings factually innocent in the 2000 slaying of Michelle O’Keefe

Los Angeles County Su­per­i­or Court Judge Wil­li­am C. Ry­an ruled that Ray­mond Lee Jen­nings was fac­tu­ally in­no­cent in the 2000 murder of Michelle O’Keefe. Ry­an said that know­ing that there were gang mem­bers present the night of the murder was cru­cial in­form­a­tion for the jury.
