Judge grants injunction barring Kansas officials from enforcing same sex marriage ban

U.S. Dis­trict Judge Daniel Crab­tree gran­ted the in­junc­tion in Topeka on Tues­day af­ter­noon, find­ing the Kan­sas law that bars same-sex couples from mar­ry­ing to be un­con­sti­tu­tion­al.
