Judge refuses to release Eric Garner grand jury transcripts

A New York State Su­preme Court judge has re­fused to make pub­lic tran­scripts of wit­ness testi­mony heard by the Staten Is­land grand jury that de­clined to in­dict a po­lice of­ficer in the death of Eric Garner last year.
