Justin Bieber, the teen­age pop star who has been in­vest­ig­ated for bad boy activ­it­ies on both coasts, has been ac­cused of res­ist­ing ar­rest and driv­ing un­der the in­flu­ence after a drag ra­cing in­cid­ent in Miami Beach, po­lice said on Thursday.

Bieber, 19, was in cus­tody pending a first court ap­pear­ance, po­lice spokes­man Robert Hernan­dez told the Los Angeles Times.
