Kieu search warrant

Ar­raign­ment was post­poned Fri­day for a wo­man who al­legedly cut off her es­tranged hus­band’s penis on Ju­ly 11. The vic­tim said Kieu al­legedly drugged his din­ner to make him sleepy, tied him to the bed and then cut off his penis, which she tossed in­to the garbage dis­pos­al.

On Ju­ly 12, the Garden Grove Po­lice De­part­ment ob­tained a search war­rant to ex­am­ine Kieu’s home, which she shared with the vic­tim. Po­lice seized a Dell com­puter and a Panason­ic phone. The af­fi­davit also provides de­tails in­to the crime, which in­cludes Kieu al­legedly telling the vic­tim, “You de­served it.”
