Memo detailing sexual misconduct allegations against L.A. County deputy
Several female inmates accused Hermann Kreimann Jr., a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputy then assigned to the downtown L.A. criminal courthouse, of sexual misconduct. The district attorney’s office declined to prosecute, saying two of the women would not cooperate. The Sheriff’s Department is conducting a disciplinary investigation.
