Memo detailing sexual misconduct allegations against L.A. County deputy

Sev­er­al fe­male in­mates ac­cused Her­mann Kreimann Jr., a Los Angeles County Sher­iff’s deputy then as­signed to the down­town L.A. crim­in­al court­house, of sexu­al mis­con­duct. The dis­trict at­tor­ney’s of­fice de­clined to pro­sec­ute, say­ing two of the wo­men would not co­oper­ate. The Sher­iff’s De­part­ment is con­duct­ing a dis­cip­lin­ary in­vest­ig­a­tion.
