LA County 2018-19 homeless budget

Los Angeles County Su­per­visors on Tues­day ad­op­ted this budget for spend­ing of the Meas­ure H quarter-cent sales tax. It in­creases the cur­rent year’s home­less budget by $143 mil­lion and adds $27.7 mil­lion to the tent­at­ive second-year budget ad­op­ted last year, mostly for more shel­ter beds.
