The own­ers of two French baker­ies in South­ern Cali­for­nia ex­ploited em­ploy­ees who came to the United States from the Phil­ip­pines on guest work­er visas for what they thought would be well-pay­ing jobs, the im­mig­rants al­lege in a law­suit.
