LAPD Chief Beck’s letter to Google

In a let­ter to Google, which ac­quired the Waze traffic app in 2013, LAPD Chief Charlie Beck writes that by in­dic­at­ing the loc­a­tions of po­lice, the app com­prom­ises the safety and se­cur­ity of of­ficers.
