LAPD union sues Chief Charlie Beck

The Los Angeles Po­lice Pro­tect­ive League has filed a fed­er­al law­suit against Po­lice Chief Charlie Beck al­leging that he ma­nip­u­lated the LAPD’s pro­cess of dis­cip­lin­ing of­ficers.
