LAUSD emails on iPad program

The Times has re­con­struc­ted a series of emails re­gard­ing Los Angeles Uni­fied’s deal with Apple to sup­ply iPads in classrooms. They are lis­ted in the ap­par­ent or­der in which they oc­curred, though there ap­pears to be a con­flict in time stamps. One mes­sage re­peats pre­vi­ous mes­sages in a for­ward, in­dic­ated by it­al­ics (ad­ded by The Times). The emails were ob­tained through a Cali­for­nia Pub­lic Re­cords Act re­quest. The Times re­moved per­son­al email ad­dresses.
