Lawsuit against Bakersfield police

The fam­ily of a man fatally shot by Bakersfield po­lice in Novem­ber has filed a civil rights law­suit against the de­part­ment, al­leging among oth­er things that an of­ficer tickled the dead man’s feet at the cor­on­er’s of­fice.
