Lawsuit filed by family of James Hall against Fontana Police Department

The fam­ily of James Hall filed a wrong­ful death and state civil rights law­suit against the Fontana Po­lice De­part­ment, al­leging wrong­do­ing in the Nov. 22, 2015, fatal shoot­ing of Hall at a Chev­ron mini-mart.
