Letter to UCI dialysis center staff

UC Irvine Med­ic­al Cen­ter chief ex­ec­ut­ive Terry Bel­mont and Dr. Ral­ph Clay­man, dean of UC Irvine’s School of Medi­cine, sent a let­ter to fac­ulty and staff Monday ex­plain­ing how they re­spon­ded to an in­spec­tion re­port that found nu­mer­ous prob­lems with a dia­lys­is pro­gram run by the med­ic­al cen­ter.
