A DEA task force followed a load car from the U.S.-Mexico border and handed over surveillance to a narcotics task force from Riverside County. More than 14 officers tracked the car over freeways and suburban streets. After the drugs were delivered, authorities descended, seizing 55 pounds of cocaine from a stash house and $50,000 from a hidden compartment in the car.
