Manuel Noriega sues Activision over his likeness in “Call of Duty”

The former mil­it­ary dic­tat­or of Panama said his like­ness and name were used in Act­i­v­i­sion Bliz­zard Inc.’s “Call of Duty: Black Ops II” without his per­mis­sion. He’s seek­ing lost profits and oth­er dam­ages.
