A pan­el of 53 rep­res­ent­ing the or­gan­iz­a­tions lis­ted in this doc­u­ment will re­com­mend to the Board of Su­per­visors how to ap­por­tion $355 mil­lion a year in new home­less­ness funds if Meas­ure H passes.
