Measure H shelter funding plan

The Los Angeles Home­less Ser­vices Au­thor­ity’s pro­posed budget for en­han­cing and ex­pand­ing the emer­gency shel­ter sys­tem would spread $208.6 mil­lion over three years on ad­di­tion­al ser­vices, re­hab­il­it­a­tion of ex­ist­ing shel­ters and new shel­ter beds.
